Our Jamison mattresses carry Jamison’s 10-year full warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Jamison sets the terms and decides each claim.

SlumberCool mattresses carry SlumberCool’s own warranty. Ask us for the terms before you order.

Starting a claim

Whichever mattress you have, start with us. Jamison asks that warranty claims start with the store you bought from. Contact us or email sales@discountsalesoutlet.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the problem
• A photo of the law tag sewn onto the mattress

We’ll pass it to the maker. Jamison charges an inspection fee, and a delivery fee if it sends a replacement. Its customer service page has the details.

Keeping it covered

Keep the law tag on the mattress, and keep it clean: Jamison says stains can affect the warranty.
