Terms of sale

These terms apply when you use discountsalesoutlet.com or buy from us. “We” means Discount Sales Outlet Inc., 5470 Martway St, Mission, KS 66205. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout based on your shipping address. We take major credit and debit cards, and payment is taken when you place your order. You can also pay over time with Affirm or Klarna. That’s a loan between you and them, under their terms (Affirm, Klarna), and they decide whether to approve it. Bulk and commercial orders are priced by quote, and any purchase order or net terms are agreed in writing.

Made to order

The maker builds each mattress after it’s ordered. A Jamison takes about 2 weeks to build before it ships. That’s an estimate, not a guarantee. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us right away. Once building has started, we may not be able to.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the lower 48 states. Delivery dates are estimates. The carrier is responsible for the package until it’s delivered, and the risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & returns.

Returns

We don’t accept returns. If your mattress arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us.

Warranty

Mattresses carry their maker’s warranty (Jamison Bedding or SlumberCool), described on our Warranty page. The maker sets its terms and decides claims. Apart from that warranty, and to the extent the law allows, we sell our products as they are, without other warranties, express or implied.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

Using this website

We try to keep product details, photos and prices accurate, but errors happen and colors can vary by screen. The site’s content belongs to us or our licensors. Jamison Bedding and SlumberCool are trademarks of their respective owners, and Discount Sales Outlet is an independent authorized dealer. Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it or disrupt it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Johnson County, Kansas, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in place when you order applies to that order.
