Your mattress is built after you order it, and then it ships. A Jamison takes about 2 weeks to build.

Mattresses ship to any address in the lower 48 states, and shipping is included in the price. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.

We’ll email you a tracking number when your mattress ships.

We don’t take returns. Every mattress is made for your order, and that’s part of how we keep the price where it is.

If something doesn’t seem right, or it arrives damaged, contact us or email sales@discountsalesoutlet.com. Defects are covered by the maker’s warranty.
