There’s no haggling, no fake discounts off inflated MSRPs, no high-pressure tactics designed to confuse you about what a mattress actually costs. The price on the tag is the price you pay, and it reflects what we paid the factory plus enough margin to keep the business running. Most customers find our prices run 30 to 50 percent below comparable Jamison mattresses sold at retail mattress chains in Kansas City.
We purchase Jamison Bedding factory overstock and closeout inventory directly from the manufacturer. There’s no distributor in between, no showroom lease costing thousands per month, and no commissioned sales team taking a cut of every transaction. Those three layers — distributor, showroom, and commissioned sales — are the structural reasons retail mattresses cost what they do. Remove them and the price drops dramatically without compromising the product itself.
Every mattress we sell is brand new and factory-sealed. Factory overstock means overproduction or end-of-run inventory — not used product, not refurbished product, not customer returns. The mattress you bring home is the same product Jamison ships to Marriott, Hilton, and major hotel chains. The only difference is what you paid for it.
Prices vary by Jamison collection (Autograph, Resort Foam, Resort Hybrid, Luxury) and by current warehouse inventory. The starting prices above represent our entry-level options. Premium collections cost more — but typically still substantially less than the same mattress at retail.
Bulk orders qualify for additional pricing breaks beyond our standard warehouse rate. There’s no minimum quantity to ask about bulk pricing — even three or four mattresses can sometimes get a better rate, particularly for the same size and collection. Larger orders for apartment turnovers, shelter programs, university dorms, or government accounts get progressively better per-unit pricing as quantity increases. For individual customers who want to break the cost into payments without going through a credit application, no-credit-check financing is available. The terms vary by mattress size and total purchase, and we'll walk through the options at your appointment. This option is popular for customers who want a quality mattress now but prefer to spread the cost over a few months.
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. There's no surcharge for credit card payment.
Government agencies, nonprofits, property management companies, and other established commercial accounts can typically open net payment terms after the first order. Net 30 is the standard arrangement, with longer terms available for larger institutional accounts. Documentation requirements depend on your organization's purchasing process.
Delivery within the Kansas City metro is included for most orders — confirm at the time of purchase. Box springs, foundations, and bed frames are sold separately when needed. Mattress protectors are also available. Old mattress removal can be arranged at delivery for a small additional fee depending on the route.
